RUSAL says to offer 4 bln yuan, 100 bln rbl bond issues

MOSCOW, Jul 13 (PRIME) -- Russian aluminum producer RUSAL can offer two issues of bonds, of 4 billion yuans and 100 billion rubles, with the listing on the Moscow Exchange, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

The issues will be unavailable for investors from Hong Kong, the U.S. and Australia, RUSAL said.

RUSAL plans to spend the money raised from placement on general corporate purposes, including refinancing and financing of capital spending.
